Voters and politicians are the gold standard, not experiments

Let us assume that the tax lottery – the working tax credit – was implemented, and informed us indisputably about the response, measured in the number of young people who got into work. The value of the knowledge would then depend on the reform being followed up, nationally and accurately, not postponed or adjusted, Gunnar S. Eskeland writes.
