Unclear denial and several fallacies

The obvious hypothesis is that tax favoring of unlisted shares pulls in the direction of increased capital inflow. How strong a stimulus this entails is an empirical question since many factors other than tax come into play. However, if tax has no effect on capital inflow, Mæland and Thorburn's concern falls away, Jarle Møen writes.
