The Competition Authority's misjudgments
Øystein Foros and Erling J. Hjelmeng: There is presumably an extra good atmosphere at the publishers' Christmas tables, while there is a critical evaluation of their own misjudgments that is on the menu at the Competition Authority.
Rather than bringing a purpose case, the Competition Authority should carry out a concrete impact analysis. Through dialogue with the parties, it should be possible to arrive at reasoned adjustments in how Bokbasen is organized - if there were competition problems, Øystein Foros and Erling J. Hjelmeng write.
