Participating in an internship during your studies provides numerous advantages. It allows you to apply academic knowledge to real-world job tasks, explore various industries before choosing a career, build a professional network, and enhance your personal resume. Internships also help you develop hard skills, like technical expertise relevant to a field, and soft skills, like communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adapting to a workplace culture, and managing professional responsibilities.
The internship should encompass 450 hours (approximately 3 months) of work performed at a professional level between February and June. Work hours are based on an 8-hour day, Monday through Friday. While adjustments can be made, the full 450 hours must be completed by the end of June.
After completing the internship, students will submit a report summarizing the knowledge gained, reflecting on their personal growth, and providing insights into the industry.
