About
The workshop focuses on Norway and Germany—two advanced economies with competitive labor markets and strong data infrastructures. While Germany continues to face substantial gender pay gaps, Norway is recognized for its high level of gender equality. By leveraging matched employer-employee register data, the workshop will foster discussion on a range of institutional, economic, and policy factors that shape labor market experiences and outcomes.
Invited keynote speakers are Anna Raute (Queen Mary University) and Manudeep Bhuller (University of Oslo).
