IT Support for students

Below is a summary of the NHH IT services.

  • Username and password

    Username and password

    User name

    For services that use Feide, your student number is your username. For all other services, your username is your student email.


    The same password is applied to all NHH IT services. New students have to create a password. If you have forgotten your password, please change it.

  • Wi-Fi


    Students at NHH can use the wireless network Eduroam. You log on with your student email and password. If you face problems please see our user manual.

    Get started wit Eduroam

    For guests, the network NHH Guest is used. After connecting to the network, you have to create a temporary user, which gives you access to the network for 5 days, after which it must be renewed.

  • Email


    You can access your email account through Your email is in the following format: It is possible to look up what your email is.

  • Key card pin code

    Key card pin code

    To access the building after opening hours, use your key card and the pin code sent to you at start of the semester. It is possible to change the pin code.

  • Student ID app - Digital student ID

    Student ID app - Digital student ID

    The student ID app is accepted as a valid student ID. It is equivalent to the combination of a student card and semester receipt. You will still need your student card to access the NHH buildings and to use the printers. For the Student ID app to be valid, you must first pay the semester fee and register your courses in StudentWeb.

    The app is available in App Store, Google Play and Windows Store.

    You have to use FEIDE to log in. Use Your studentnumber (sXXXXXX) as username. The password is the same as alle other services at NHH.

  • Printing


    NHH uses a print system called uniFLOW. The system allows students to deposit money to their print account and easily print on any NHH printer.

    See the user guide for information about how to Connect Your studentcard to the printer.

    Money that the student has left on the print account after completing a study at NHH will not be refunded. It is up to the individual student to make sure that he / she does not deposit more funds than necessary.
    NHH will only consider a refund of money in very special cases,  and only after a written request from the student.

  • Lectures online

    In some courses it is possible to watch lectures online after the lecture. To access the lectures log in with your student email and password.

  • Mazemap


    Mazemap is an online map over NHH's indoor premises.

  • Microsoft Office

    Microsoft Office

    Students at NHH have access to Office 365 where Microsoft Office Online, Office 2016, and 1 TB storage in OneDrive, plus other Microsoft services are available. Log in with your student email and password to use the service and download the software.

  • VMware


    Software required in some of the courses at NHH are available through a virtual desktop. VMware can be used on the computers in the library, datalabs, browsers or on your laptop.

  • VPN


    You have access to all of NHH's online resources when connected to eduroam.

    When you are connected to the internet from home, you need to connect to NHH's network through a VPN to get access to the same online resources. This includes online lectures, your printing account and the library's online databases.

    Download and install Junos Pulse Secure from the right menu.
