enercity AG is a nationwide energy service provider based in Germany and majority owned by the City of Hannover. The company operates across the full energy value chain—from generation and networks to trading and distribution—supplying electricity and gas to hundreds of thousands of households nationwide.
Elmera Group ASA is the parent company of a group delivering consulting, services and software solutions for the energy sector and the low-emission society. Serving energy companies, wholesale markets, and end users across Norway, Sweden and Finland, the group is headquartered in Bergen.
Elhub is Norway’s national data hub for metering values and settlement in the electricity market. It collects, stores, and distributes hourly consumption and production data for all electricity metering points nationwide.

Acting as RWE’s interface to international energy markets, the company provides tailored supply solutions, risk management services, and energy-related financial expertise to industrial and wholesale customers worldwide.
Elia Transmission Belgium is the electricity transmission system operator in Belgium. The company owns and operates the high-voltage transmission grid and ensures the continuous balance between electricity generation and consumption as part of the Elia Group.
Federaal Planbureau is an independent public agency of the Belgian federal state that conducts research and develops studies and projections on economic, social, and environmental policy. Its work supports evidence-based policymaking and the integration of these policy areas within a sustainable development framework.
AB Energijos skirstymo operatorius (AB ESO) is responsible for electricity and natural gas distribution in Lithuania, including network connection services and supply of last resort. The company maintains and develops national distribution networks and ensures secure, reliable energy delivery for around 1.8 million customers nationwide.
Skagerak Kraft AS is one of Norway’s largest renewable power producers, generating around 5.7 TWh annually from 48 wholly or partly owned power plants. The company’s expertise in optimisation for long-term planning and short-term operations supports advanced analysis of flexible generation in future power systems.
Danish Energy Agency is Denmark’s national authority under the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities, responsible for energy policy, regulation and international energy agreements. It oversees energy production, supply and consumption while working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and ensure a secure, affordable and clean energy system in Denmark and the EU.
Energinet is Denmark’s state-owned transmission system operator for electricity and natural gas, operating as an independent public enterprise under the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities. The company ensures the efficient operation and development of national energy infrastructure and provides equal network access for all market participants.
ZKlaster is a non-governmental organisation dedicated to advancing local renewable energy development. It supports industrial solar and wind projects, new grid infrastructure, low-emission industries and improved local energy efficiency through knowledge transfer and innovative energy solutions as a part of the STORIE project.
Ea Energianalyse is a Danish consulting and research company specialising in energy and climate analysis. Operating in Denmark, the Nordic region and internationally, it uses advanced mathematical models and scenario analysis to simulate electricity and heat systems and assess long-term pathways toward sustainable energy systems.
Bruegel is an independent, non-doctrinal think tank based in Brussels dedicated to improving the quality of economic policy. Through open, fact-based research, analysis and public debate, Bruegel engages policymakers and stakeholders across all levels of governance to advance informed and impactful economic policymaking.
