  The Staff Academy is officially open!

  Please be aware that application deadlines differ depending on the course.

  Enhancing the professional skills of our staff is at the core of the alliance. Engage.EU Staff academy is an opportunity to access intercultural courses and new and rich experiences (Courses, Job Shadowing, Job opportunities and Engage-communities).

  The Staff Academy Course Catalogue is now updated and offers many interesting ONLINE courses. The courses are free of charge for the ENGAGE.EU partners' staff and this semester several courses will be offered:

  1. Language courses

  • English Business C1.
  • Interacting in French in cross-cultural contexts (B1 level and above)
  • German courses for beginners: level A1 and level A1.1+.
  • German courses for advanced beginners: level A2.2.
  • German course B1.
  • German course B2 and German course B2+

   

  2. Other courses

  • Applying the Gioia Method within the Grounded Theory Methodology

  • MAXQDA Introductory Course and Individual Counselling

  Staff mobility gives faculty members and administrative staff the opportunity to learn more about the alliance, internationalization and student exchange.

  The mobility must be relevant to the faculty member's job and give them the possibility to receive training, enhance their knowledge and skills, and gain new experiences. The employee must partake in organized training, workshops, job shadowing, seminars or language courses in order for the mobility to be approved. The employees will be entitled to Erasmus+ funding for the duration of the mobility.

  JOB SHADOWING

  This training mobility will allow you to discover your job in another European university for a period of two days to a week. This experience will give you the opportunity to enhance your professional skills, discover new working methods and develop your international network.

  NHH Connect

  The arena is a key priority for the alliance, serving as a bridge between the overarching goal of tackling major societal challenges and each partner’s unique, institution-level infopreneurial ecosystem strategy.

  Within Engage.EU, these collaboration arenas are described as “open innovation spaces for knowledge-creating teams.” They function as dynamic platforms for cooperation among researchers, students, business and industry professionals, and policymakers.

  Other opportunities

  Engage.EU for Society offers lifelong learning, continuing education, social engagement and contributing to their communities. It also offers short courses being developed to enable learners to address today’s societal challenges – digitalisation and artificial intelligence, climate change, ageing societies and migration.
