Bjorvatn appointed as member of new committee
The Choice Lab researcher Kjetil Bjorvatn has been appointed by the Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research as member of a newly established committee focusing on Norway's future need for competence.
The committee is named “Kompetansebehovsutvalget”, and is headed by Professor Steinar Holden at the University of Oslo, and has members from academia, workers’ unions, employers’s associations, and the political bureaucracy. The committee membership is for a three-year period.
They will deliver a yearly report on Norway’s need for competence, first time on 1 February 2018.
