Deadline December 1st: Post-Doc and Assistant/Associate professor positions at FAIR
There are three new vacant positions at FAIR, one Post-Doc and two Assistant/ Associate professor positions.
The Centre of Excellence FAIR is offering three positions at the Econ Job Market, one Post-Doc and two Assistant/Associate professor positions. All three positions are situated in Bergen at the Department of Economics, NHH Norwegian School of Economics.
Post-Doc in Applied Labor Economics
The position is linked to funding from NORFACE where the Applied Labor Economics group FAIR-CELE collaborates with a group of researchers at University College London and Paris School of Economics. The core topics are:
- inequality over the life-cycle
- child development
- parental investments
- public policies
Within these topics, the new hire will be encouraged to develop an individual research agenda in collaboration with the members of the research group. The position will involve moderate teaching and administrative duties.
Assistant/ Associate professors (tenure track) in Behavioural economics or Applied Labor economics
FAIR invites applicants for two tenure-track Assistant Professor/Associate Professor positions for seven years; one position in Behavioural Economics and one position in Applied Labor Economics at the Department of Economics.
The two positions are part of the Centre of Excellence, FAIR; i) one position in Behavioural Economics (FAIR-The Choice Lab), ii) one position in Applied Labor Economics (FAIR-CELE).
Within these areas, the new hires will be encouraged to develop an individual research agenda in collaboration with the members of the research group and contribute to the Department's long-term academic development. The positions will involve a competitive teaching load, which also includes graduate supervision and administrative duties.
