EVRY contribution to the CSI as a partner is in terms of actively using our personnel, resources and datasets in the defined projects. Our first project within the CSI was a study conducted by SINTEF focusing on the user experience and implementation of our innovation platform. The study suggests concrete improvements and will be valuable inputs in our continuous effort to improve our innovation platform. By participating in the CSI we expect to learn from the other partners participating in the CSI and together develop tools, methods, processes and best practices for service innovation. Altogether, we will improve our innovative skills and capability to increase the effectiveness of our investments in service innovation, ultimately creating more value to our customers, shareholders and to the benefit of the society.

NorgesGruppen har 1 768 dagligvarebutikker og 800 utsalgssteder innen servicehandel.
Profilhusene er Meny-Ultra, Kiwi og Kjøpmannshuset (Spar, Joker og Nærbutikken) innenfor dagligvare. Profilhuset NorgesGruppen Servicehandel består av kjedene Deli de Luca, Mix, Fresh, Dolly Dimples og Jafs. Engrosvirksomheten Asko sørger for distribusjonen til kjedene og er organisert i 14 selskaper. NorgesGruppen har tilstedeværelse i 367 av 430 kommuner og er den dagligvaregrupperingen med flest distriktsbutikker. 950 av butikkene drives av selvstendige kjøpmenn. Dette utgjør cirka 56 prosent av totalt antall butikker. Særlig Joker og Nærbutikken er representert i mange utkantkommuner. Rundt 38 000 medarbeidere er tilknyttet NorgesGruppen. Våre verdier er ansvarlig, kundeorientert, samarbeidsorientert og verdiskapende. Hvert år forhandler vi med 150 av de største leverandørene for å sikre best mulig betingelser for butikkene og lavest mulig utsalgspriser til forbrukere.
