The Norwegian Innovation Index – findings 2017
18th January the Norwegian School of Economics and CSI, will announce the 2017 findings for The Norwegian Innovation Index.
High quality is not enough!
Throughout 2017 we have collected data from customers of about 80 companies in several industries. Companies scoring low on perceived innovativeness are usually perceived as less attractive in the market place - resulting in less loyal customers and increased exit behavior. Consequently, innovativeness is linked to firm value through customer lifetime value and customer equity.
