CSI wins two Awards at Frontiers in Service 2016

The Best Practitioner Paper Award and Highly Commended Paper Awards to CSI partners.

The annual Frontiers in Service (the world’s premier service conference) was this year hosted by Norwegian School of Economics and Center for Service Innovation (CSI). Apart from key note speakers and paper presentations, the award dinner is a key element of the conference. Among the many winners CSI were involved in two:

  • The Best Practitioner Paper Award was won by Telenor and authored by: Elena Menichelli, Kenth Engø-Monsen, Asbjørn Følstad, Jarle Hildrum, Knut Kvale, Socrates Mokkas for the paper “Combining different sources of customer and service information to better understand customer likelihood to recommend and churn”. This is the second time Telenor wins this prestigious award.
  • 2016 Highly Commended Paper Award from Journal of Service Theory and Practice to Tor W. Andreassen, Line Lervik-Olsen, and Giulia Calabretta for the paper “Trend Spotting and Service Innovation”
