New executive officer at the Service Centre
Tanja Laine has started in a permanent position as executive officer at the Service Centre. Her main responsibility will be first-line guidance for students. She will also provide service to students, staff and guests, as well as answering emails/phone, ordering goods and services and administrate key cards.
"I look forward to working in a young and exciting environment with students who are at the start of their adult life. It will also be very exciting for me to learn about a new industry after working in tourism for many years", Tanja says.
Tanja is from Canada and has a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University in Toronto. She has lived in Norway for 25 years and has worked in tourism for the last 20 years. She comes from a position at Traveldesign where her job entailed arranging conferences and group travel for corporate clients.
