Laura Khoury to Economics and FAIR
Laura Khoury has just started in a three year postdoctoral position at NHH and the research centre FAIR. Her research interests lie at the intersection between Public Economics, Labour Economics and Economics of Crime.
She uses modern applied microeconomic methods to better understand the relationship between the institutional setting and the behavior of agents on the labour market, or the causes and consequences of crime, taking into account the social context in which it takes place.
"I find it very exciting to work in a centre producing excellent research in Labour and Behavioural economics, where experiments can be combined with exhaustive register data to better understand economic phenomena", Laura says.
Laura is French and she received her PhD in September 2019 from the Paris School of Economics in Paris.
