Salary negotiations 2019 finalised

The local salary negotiations 2019 at NHH are now finalised. Your head of department will inform you about the result of the negotiations. The protocol is public and will be available from 28 October at the Office of Human Resources at Merino and at the Service Centre in Helleveien.

MEMBERS OF UNIO*, PARAT, NTL AND NON-UNION MEMBERS

Your salary rise is effective from 1 July 2019. 

Individual salary rises are granted on the basis of individual efforts and results during the last year.

*UNIO at NHH is a confederation of The Norwegian Association of Researchers - NAR (Forskerforbundet) and Utdanningsforbundet.

MEMBERS OF AKADEMIKERNE

Your salary rise is effective from 1 May 2019.

All employees are granted a basic rise of 1.35 percent of current salary. Additional rises are granted on the basis of individual efforts and results during the last year.

December

New salaries will be paid in December 2019 together with back pay from 1 May or 1 July, respectively.
