Exercise during working hours

NHH is now introducing a trial scheme with exercise during working hours for employees. The goal is to contribute to a good working environment and strengthen employees’ health.

Yoga

You can attend tailormade group classes for NHH employees for free in Lehmkuhlhallen, or you can train with colleagues in other ways.

On Mondays you can do spinning with your colleagues, or you can practice yoga/pilates in a class for NHH employees on Wednesdays in Lehmkuhlhallen. Both classes take place from 3 to 4 o'clock. You do not need to reserve a spot in advance. The training is free for all employees.

Instead of attending the group lessons at Sammen, you can organise other activities with colleagues such as walking, pause exercise etc.

Technical/administrative employees can spend up to an hour and a half working out, and register the time as ordinary working hours.
