Merino: Get rid of paper
Are you located at Merino? Containers for paper will be placed on every floor of the Merino building from 20 December to 13 January. Please take this opportunity to reduce the amount of paper in your office.
Employees at Merino will get less space when you move back to the main building. You will be moving back to smaller offices or shared working spaces.
This means that you will have fewer shelves than you probably are used to. Therefore, you need either to bring some of the stuff to your home, digitize it, or toss it away.
You may start this process already on Friday 20 December. Containers for paper will be placed on every floor of the Merino building, and you might as well start reducing the amount of paper in your office now. The containers will be taken away the second week of the new year.
This is of course not your last chance to get rid of stuff, but the sooner you start, the faster the job will get done.
