Canvas no longer supports Internet Explorer
Are you unable to log on to Canvas? Then you are probably using Internet Explorer as your browser. If you start using a different browser, you will be able to log on again.
After the last Canvas update, Internet Explorer is no longer compatible with Canvas. The browser is old and no longer supports the standards used by Canvas and other modern web services. Even Microsoft have stopped updating Internet Explorer, and are now focusing on their new browser, Edge. If you continue to use Internet Explorer, chance is you will have issues with other web sites as well. We highly recommend that you start using a different browser.
