Ready for some autumn kos

Småbruket is now ready for the winter season and the cabin is still available during the school autumn holiday.

This week was the annual autumn dugnad1 at NHH’s cabin, Småbruket. The cabin committee tidied and cleaned the cabin, replaced defective roller blinds and bought new pillows and lamps. The cabin was also readied for the winter.

Two new wood burning stoves were installed this summer - one in each unit - and these were officially opened at the dugnad. The cabin committee can report that the stoves are both effective and nice to look at.

Autumn at Kvamskogen is a great experience, with autumn colours on the hillsides, good hiking opportunities and some peiskos2 towards the end of the day.

Both units are still available for booking during the autumn holiday. Sign up now not to miss an authentic, Norwegian nature experience.

Requests for reservations can be made via Småbruket's the online booking form

Reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

More information on the cabin can be found on the Småbruket page on Paraplyen
