Salary negotiations are finalised
The local wage negotiations 2018 at NHH are finalised. The protocol from the negotiations is public and is available at the Office of Human Resources in the main building and at the Servicecenter from 8 November.
Your head of department will inform you about the result of the negotiations.
Members of Akademikerne
Your salary rise is effective from 1 May 2018.
All employees who started work before 1 May 2018, are granted a basic rise of 1.25 percent of current salary. Additional rises are granted on the basis of individual efforts and results during the last two years.
Members of UNIO, Parat, NTL and non-union members
Your salary rise is effective from 1 July 2018.
The general rise from 2017, granted to most employees, is included in this year's salary rise for all employees who have been granted a rise in scale ('lønnstrinn'). The effect in kroner of the new scale is thus reduced with the amount granted as a general rise in 2017. Additional rises in scale are granted on the basis of individual efforts and results during the last two years.
New salaries will be paid in December 2018 together with back pay from 1 May or 1 July, respectively.
