New printing routine

All NHH employees will be moved to secure printing in August. From then on you will need your access card to print at NHH. The introduction of secure printing is in accordance with the newly implemented GDPR.

There will be no change in the location of the printers, and we will have the same amount of printers as today.

For more than a decade, the students at NHH has been printing on a secure print solution. We are now changing the provider of this system to uniFLOW and include the system to all employees as well.

Secure printing means that there is only one printer queue for all users at NHH, no matter where you are located. Everything you print will be held on a dedicated secure server until you approach one of the 30 printers at NHH and present your access card on an attached card reader to authenticate yourself to release the documents.

The implementation of necessary hardware on some of the printers will start on Monday 30 July. We plan to move employees to secure printing in August, and the exact date will be announced prior to the move.

The introduction of secure printing is in accordance with the newly implemented European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
