Research from NoCeT was used as basis for a debate about profit-shifting in Parliament on February 21.
Ragnhild Balsvik has been an associate professor since 2010. She received her PhD degree in Economics from NHH in 2007.
Balsvik’s main research interests are in the fields of international economics and labour economics. Her research has made extensive use of linked employer-employee data for Norway and other register-based data sources. In addition, Balsvik has been on the Board of Statistics Norway since 2010.
