Peter Kalum Schou is an Assistant Professor (Postdoktor) at the Department of Strategy and Management at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). He holds a PhD in Economics and Management from Copenhagen Business School. During his PhD, he was a visiting scholar at the Scandinavian Consortium for Organizational Research (SCANCOR) at Stanford University. Peter’s research is rooted in organizational sociology, his current research interests include entrepreneurial behavior, the digitalization of work as well as organizational development and change in start-ups and high-tech organizations.
