Per J. Agrell, (M.Sc.I.E.O.R., University of Massachusetts, Ph.D. production economics, Linkoping University, Sweden, 1995) is (Full) Professor of Operations Management at the Louvain School of Management, member of the Center for Supply Chain Management (CESCM) and co-director for the Center for Operations Research and Econometrics (CORE) of the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL) in Belgium.
Since 2012, Dr Agrell is Adjunct Professor (Professor II) at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). He has held visiting and permanent positions at IIASA, University of Georgia, University of Copenhagen and UAB in Barcelona.
His research interests include modeling and analysis of supply chain management and production theory, including performance measurement and contractual coordination. He is on the editorial board for the International Journal of Production Economics and other journals.
