  • Admission requirements

    Admission requirements

    Bachelor’s degree

Admission to master’s degree studies in Norway, including the Double Degree programme, requires Higher Education Entrance Qualification and a completed degree comparable to a Norwegian bachelor's degree (3-4 years of fulltime studies).

90 ECTS should be within the field of economics and business administration. This may include methodological subjects like statistics or mathematics, but not exclusively. 30 of the 90 ECTS should be within business administration (e.g. finance, accounting, strategy, marketing, statistics, mathematics, etc.). This is to ensure a smooth transition to the NHH MSc programme, where all students meet these requirements.

    GMAT or GRE

Incoming Double Degree students are not required to take a GMAT or GRE test for admission to the Double Degree programme.

    English language

Incoming Double Degree applicants must have a good command of the English language. They are, however, not required to document this with an official test.

  • Housing

    Housing

Incoming Double Degree students are guaranteed housing in one of our student residences, close to campus, via the student welfare organisation Sammen. Please read more about housing on our housing website.

  • Costs and scholarships

    Costs and scholarships

Public education is free of charge in Norway and Double Degree students do not pay tuition fees to NHH. However, a minor administrative and copy fee applies each semester (approximately NOK 810 per semester). You may have to pay tuition fees to your home university during your stay at NHH.

No scholarships are available for Double Degree applicants. Incoming students from European partners may be eligible for Erasmus+ grants. This is administered by your home university.

We recommend that you calculate approximately NOK 10 000 per month for living costs in Norway, including housing.
