Arrival note for incoming student

You must submit the arrival note as soon as you have made plans for arriving in Bergen.

Sammen opening hours are Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 15:30. They have extended opening hours from 08:00-20:00 on January 2nd - 4th. NHH will provide key pick-up assistance only for students who will not make it to Sammen before closing time (calculate approx. two hours from you land until you make it to Sammen). Deadline for key pick-up registration if you arrive outside the opening hours is December 17th.
