Marte Reenskaug Fjørtoft joined the Norwegian School of Economics as a Ph.D. Research Scholar in 2011. She holds a Master of Spanish and Latin-American studies from the University of Bergen (2010).
Her research focuses on climate change discourse at the United Nations’ international climate change summits, where she applies linguistic and discursive analytical tools to investigate how different understandings of what climate change is and how it should be confronted are reproduced and challenged in political climate change discourse.
