Elisabeth holds a MSc. in Business and Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and is currently a research scholar at the department of strategy and management and the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
Elisabeth is an experienced project manager for several change management projects, and has a background in consulting in the private sector. In addition, she has over ten years of experience from working in the health care sector.
Elisabeth’s research focus on how teams adapt to novel environments when they are faced with unexpected situations and unstructured tasks. Team leadership, group decision-making and change management is her area of research specialty. She holds research experience from both public and private sector from various change management projects. Further research interests includes personality and individual differences research, HR, crisis management and project management.
Elisabeth is a member of the CORE research group at NHH, as well Leadership Group. Elisabeth is currently involved in the “Transitioning Patient Trajectories (“Tjenester på tvers”) project at Haukeland University Hospital. She also participates in the FOCUS research program.
Elisabeth is an experienced lecturer, and teaches various courses. She has been the course responsible for 30ECTS in the Change Management and Innovation course. In addition, she has held lectures in courses at NHH such as International Strategy, Psychology and Leadership, Risk and Risk Management, Project Management and Core Leadership Skills.
Elisabeth is available for holding lectures to public and private companies on topics within her research focus.
