    Objective/course outline

    The objective of the course is to provide a strong theoretical basis in strategic change and change management. The course consists of a combination of seminal articles on change and change management and more recent topics and perspectives that highlight the challenges tied to the people-side of change, such as reactions to change among employees and activities and practices tied to motivating changes in behavior.
