If you have received an offer of admission, you must accept it in the application portal within the deadline you find in your offer letter.

After accepting an unconditional offer  

In mid-April we start distributing information to incoming students.   

  • You will receive an official acceptance letter and information about how to apply for housing.   
  • If you are from outside EU/EEA/EFTA and need to apply for a study permit, you will also receive information related to this.   
  • The letters will be available in the application portal under My documents.  

After accepting a conditional offer  

In mid-April we start distributing information to incoming students.   

  • You will receive information about how to apply for housing.   
  • If you are from outside EU/EEA/EFTA and need to apply for a study permit, you will also receive information related to this.   
  • The letters will be available in the application portal under My documents.   

By 1 July you must upload the documentation required to lift the condition. Please refer to your offer letter for details.   

When your offer has been made unconditional, you will receive your official acceptance letter in the application portal.  

If you do not upload the necessary documentation, your offer will be withdrawn.    

Corona situation  

Entry to Norway is currently restricted. We do not know when the entry restriction will be lifted and to what degree it may impact your upcoming arrival preparations.

We are following the situation closely and will reach out to all incoming students by email in late May/early June with updated information.
