Opening hours and access to NHH

Opening hours and access to NHH

We have a very serious situation with increasing infection rates. The main rule is now that students should work from home. Campus should only be used if you have specific needs that make it necessary to have access.

Updated 24 November, 2.02 PM.

Examples of specific needs includes the need to access databases that are not accessible off campus, that you do not have a desk/table where you live or that you live close to a noisy construction site that makes it impossible to concentrate at home.

NHH asks everyone to think carefully before they conclude that they have such specific needs to work from our campus. There is limited seating in reading rooms and other areas. Please show solidarity towards those who do not have the same possibility to study from home that you might have.

If you nevertheless conclude that you have a specific need to be on campus, then you must respect infection control measures on campus; disinfect you work space and keep one-meter distance to everyone (this includes other people you sit together with in the cafeteria).

NHH's guidelines to prevent infection

We have during the last couple of days considered the need to close parts of our campus. For now we have decided not to go down this route, but we encourage students who need to be on campus to spread out across all available areas.

This will make it easier to respect infection control measures. If these are not respected, we will have to implement stricter rules and reconsider closing the campus area.

We understand that the situation is difficult for many students, and we realise that many students do their best in this demanding situation. Unfortunately, in this serious situation that we as a society are facing, there are still too many students on campus.

If you have developed Corona-related symptoms or you are required to go in quarantine you should not be on campus.

If you test positive for Covid-19, please report this to
