Where we stand on anti-corruption: progress and hindrances

The lecture is part of NHH Prof. Tina Søreide’s master course on Corruption: Incentives, Disclosure, and Liability (BUS452). While Drago will secure plenty of time for informal discussion, Tina will chair the debate and make sure it touches upon key themes in the master course.

Regarding Drago Kos’ work and background, it should be noted, he is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Regional Hub of Civil Service, Astana, Kazakhstan. He was an international commissioner in the Monitoring and Evaluation Committee in Afghanistan, the Chairman of the Council of Europe’s Group of States against Corruption (GRECO) for ten years, and the first Chairman of the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption in Slovenia. He was also Co-President of EPAC/EACN and Vice Chairman of the European Healthcare Fraud and Corruption Network. He was formerly a soccer player and UEFA/FIFA referee and is now a UEFA/FIFA referee observer.

Students and researchers who would like to join us for more discussion and lunch after the lecture should notify Lene Tangerås Grønevik by Tuesday 27th March.
