Booking rules - group rooms

You can book time in our group rooms. You can book up slots up to 4 hours pr group. The address to the booking page is: booking.nhh.no. Username and password is the same as your normal username. The program is available both in Norwegian and English, and will show according to the language preferences in your browser.
 
Booking rules:
The booking is personal and may not be transferred to any other person. Minimum group size is two persons.
It is only possible to book group rooms for the current and coming week. This changes each Monday.
Each booking period is maximum four hours
 
Each student may book no more than 8 lessons over the course of two weeks
You lose the right to your booking if you are not present in the group room within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. If nobody is present in the room – other students may use the room, but if someone shows up with a valid booking – you must leave.
Please delete your booking if your plans change and you decide that you will be unable to attend
Tidy up the group room before you leave.
 
REMEMBER! Food is not allowed in the group rooms. Non-compliance with the rules will result in exclusion from the group room
