Norway is consistently ranked by the UN as having the highest quality of life in the world. This is in part due to North Sea oil and the Norwegian culture, but the landscape and nature of Norway make it a stunning place to live, work and study in.
The core Norwegian cultural values of fairness and equality combined with the benefit of the wealth provided by North Sea oil, has led to the state in Norway funding a high quality higher education sector. A result of this distinctly Norwegian funding arrangement is that demand for places is high. As resources are not limitless, high admission standards ensure that although the best is free in Norway, only the best students get in.
The NHH exchange programme is open to students who study at one of NHH's partners schools.
International cooperation with other educational institutions, including exchange programs, is becoming increasingly important at NHH. The School currently participates in exchange programs with more than 130 foreign institutions in over 30 countries. Our strategy says that 50 % of our graduate students should participate in an exchange program.
We are proud to be the Norwegian member of the prestigious exchange network CEMS - the Global Alliance in Management Education
As a CEMS institution, we are also a member of the global network of universities called PIM (Partnership in International Management), which gives us a unique opportunity to cooperate with distinguished institutions in the U.S., Canada, Australia and Latin America.
