The Student Card is issued by NHH. The Card may be used as identification at the examinations and to loan books in the Library. The Student Card is also used to pay for print outs from the computers.
Semester Card:
The Student Card is only valid together with the Semester Card issued by NHH for the actual semester (fall / spring) The semester card will be sent to you (on your semester address), when you have paid the semester fee and registered for courses and exams.
How to get a Student Card?
All new students need to take a picture in order to get their Student Card. A few days later you may pick up the card at the Information Center (notification will be given when to pick it up). A photo session for Student Cards is held at the beginning of each new semester. You need to sign for the Student Card when you receive it.
What if you loose the Student Card?
If you loose or have your Student Card stolen, you must pay a fee of NOK 150,- in order to obtain a new Student Card. You can order a new Student Card at the Information Center, and normally you can pick up the new card after two days. You must pay when you order a new card. If you have lost your Student Card, please notify the Information Center during the Opening Hours (09.00-11.00 am and 12.00-14.30 pm) or by phone 55 95 92 00.
What if your Student Card is broken?
If your Student Card is broken or for some reason don't work - you may order a new Student Card free of charge in the Information Center. You must hand in the old card and it normally takes two days before you can pick up your new Student Card.
Need more print outs?
You may buy new print outs on your Student Card at the Help Desk ("Brukarstøtta"). They have two offices - one in the Library and one at the middelfloor in the Merino building.
