Booking of rooms for Student Activities

The rooms at NHH might be used for activities by groups in the Student Union. The lecture rooms are available for such activities if there is no teaching or other activities run by NHH. You must have a reservation in order to use the rooms.

Guidelines for Room booking:

  • No teaching activities will be moved in order to give room for a student driven activity. Due to teaching there is seldom possible to have one (or more rooms) for a whole day during the teaching period.
  • The rooms are available Monday to Friday from 0815 until 2045 and Saturday from 0815 until 1600
  • Bookings must be made well in advance of the Activity. In your request please give us the following information:
    • Size of the room (number of participants)
    • Date and time for the activity
    • Contact information (phone and email)

Regulations for using the Rooms

  • The room need to be clean, tidy and ready for teaching when you leave the room.
  • Do not move Tables and Chairs - please do not break the strips keeping the tables together.
  • No food serving in the rooms
