Semesterregistration/examination registration/confirmation of your study agreement is done through StudentWeb. The final deadline for registering for exams Spring 2012 is February 1st.

The final deadline for signing off exams is three weeks prior to the exam date.

Semester card
Approximately three days after you’ve completed the semester registration/examination registration confirmation of a study agreement, you will receive your semester card by post. The semester card will be sent to your registered semester address – please verify that you’ve registered the correct address. Together with your student ID-card, the semester card serves as documentation that you are enrolled as a student at NHH this semester.

The semester card also lists the exams you’ve registered for. Please verify that both the examination codes and the titles are correct. Until February 1, you may make changes your study agreement and the examinations you’ve registered for. However, you will only receive one semester card per semester. Therefore, if you choose to make changes after the initial registration, please make a printout of the final page in the system, to document the changes you’ve made.

MSc-students only:
A condition for retaining the right to study is that the student has confirmed his or her study agreement in the first semester of the programme, cf. the Regulations for the Master Programme in Economics and Business Administration (full-time), 2004 curriculum. The confirmation of a study agreement is part of the semester registration and examination registration.

Access to the semester registration/examination registration/confirmation of a study agreement requires that the semester fee for Spring 2011 has been paid. The payment information is accessible in StudentWeb.

Access to the semester registration/examination registration/ confirmation of a study agreement is granted 2-3 working days after the semester fee has been paid.

PIN code
You must enter your username and password or your 11-digit ID number (your birth date: dd/mm/yy plus the five extra digits on your matriculation certificate) and the PIN code (4 digits).  Please contact the Academic and Student Affairs Office at stud@nhh.no if you have problems or questions regarding the PIN code.

The service is encrypted. This means that the information you give will not be transmitted in clear text, but will be coded into unreadable text that cannot be read by others.
