  • Currently I am working on my first paper. The paper is to investigate the effects of rising ocean temperature on fish migration pattern and hence on the optimal fishery policies. In our model, two countries share a common fish stock. Temperature change is characterized both by a deterministic trend and a stochastic environmental uncertainty. Dynamic programming is used in the analysis.
