Offered courses

All courses last for 45 miutes and are given at different times to make sure the will fit into your schedule.

  • Bibsys - renewals, ordering, reservations; searching the bibsys MIME database
  • Searching for journal articles - databases, search strategies, limiting searches, quality asessement
  • ISI Web of Science - searching, citation reports, referenced authors/works
  • Atekst/Factiva - introduction to newspaper/news -databases
  • Reference management - introduction to different tools for keeping your references tidy
     

The courses will be held as small groups with plenty opportunities for asking questions and getting help with specific issues.

If you want courses in specific databases or a deeper dive into certain subjects, please use our wish-list for new courses.  The NHH library are happy to offer courses for groups or single persons, and can also design special courses as part of a larger lecture-series.
