Exceeding the due-in date

Items not renewed or returned within the due-in data will be met with a fine of 25,- NOK per item.

Claim for compensation:

For any item not returned within 14 days after third notice, a compensation claim will be issued. Lending services could be stopped.
The claim is:
The price for the document and an added fee of 300,- NOK.
Minimum claim is 500,- NOK

Any item returned after a claim for compensation is issued, will be charged with the added fee of 300,- NOK. As soon as the claim is setteled, any halted services will recommence without further expenses.

Photocopy delivery:

Photocopies from the NHH library:	NOK 60.- per article: 1-10 pages, thereafter NOK 3.- per. page
Photocopies ordered from other libraries:	NOK 200.- per article

Loan:

Documents forwarded from other libraries:

NOK 200.- per book

Reference services/inquiries:

NOK 600.- per hour plus Online charges

We accept IFLA vouchers

Returning of overdue documents:

Overdue notices: NOK 25.-
14 days after the 3rd overdue notice, an invoice is issued:

The cost of the item + NOK 300.-

The minimum charge is : NOK 500.-

If item is returned after the claim is issued: NOK 300.-

The borrower is prohibited from all loaning priviledges until the account is settled.
