Aims

NHH will be a dynamic, knowledge-based organisation that actively seeks input from society at large, utilises ideas and input from staff and students and is capable of prioritising in order to achieve its academic ambitions. 

Objectives

Organisational culture
• NHH will be characterised by a high level of competence, effective work processes and the ability and will to promote NHH’s joint aims and objectives and ambitions
• NHH will be characterised by its academic breadth and interdisciplinary orientation through cooperation and collaboration between its academic departments
• NHH will have an organisational culture and a working environment that is inclusive and fair
• NHH will promote open and good internal communication and mutual respect between academic staff, administrative staff and students

Leadership and management

• NHH will promote good, overall leadership and management, based on its vision and values
• Leaders and managers have a responsibility for NHH achieving its aims and objectives, for its activities being of a high standard and for contributing to good cooperation across organisational boundaries
• Leaders and managers will encourage each individual employee to maximise their potential 

Recruitment and personnel policy

• NHH will pursue a goal-oriented recruitment policy and individual competence development and offer competitive pay and conditions
• As an employer, NHH will set demanding requirements in terms of competence, effort and results. The School will, at the same time, ensure that each individual employee is given good professional and collegial support, as well as good opportunities for further qualification and development
