Internationalisation
Aims
Internationalisation will be an integral part of all academic activity at NHH and contribute to the high quality of the School and its international reputation.
CEMS - the global alliance in management education - will play a key role in NHH’s international cooperation. Through active participation in CEMS, NHH will contribute to increasing cooperation with, and interaction between, academic institutions, corporate partners and students.
Objectives
• NHH will establish new joint degree programmes and strengthen cooperation with internationally recognised institutions abroad
• The number of international degree students at master’s level will be significantly increased over time
• Student exchanges will be a key element at all levels at NHH, and this will be realised by means of mutual student exchange agreements with a large number of leading institutions from all over the world
• NHH will maintain its EQUIS accreditation and consider acquiring further international accreditations
• NHH will seek to do well in recognised international rankings
• NHH will stimulate an increase in the exchange of academic staff and in organised periods of study abroad for PhD students
• International experience and qualifications will be emphasised when recruiting to academic positions at NHH
• NHH will represent an international academic and student environment with a high degree of integration of international staff and students
