The members of the Funds Committee are employees who hold the following offices at NHH: the Pro-rector (chairman), the head of departments and the treasurer of the Student Union (NHHS). In addition, NHH’s Managing Director is business manager for the Funds Administration (secretary to FUF), the legal advisor from the Director’s staff is observer, and a case officer from the Funds Administration takes the minutes of the meetings.

FUF has been delegated authority by the Board to make decisions on the awarding of funds in individual cases on the basis of recommendations by the departments and in accordance with the guidelines for making awards from the funds. The Funds Board must be informed about the Committee’s decisions.
If the Funds Committee finds it expedient, it can recommend to the Funds Board that a ceiling should be set on the amount that can be awarded to any individual or group or for a particular purpose in one and the same year.
