Carl Julius Norstrøm (1995-1998)
Carl Julius Norstrøm enrolled as a student at NHH in 1958, was appointed assistant professor in 1967 and in 1985 he was appointed professor of business administration. Norstrøm has written extensively on the subject of investment analysis and various other fields related to business administration, and his works have been translated into several languages. He has played a key role in establishing NHH as a leading institution for research. During his time as a rector at NHH Norstrøm was respected for his inspirational skills, and was known as a great ambassador for the school.
